A member asked:

Why is it when i flex my biceps my arm goes numb?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

?pinched nerve.: You could possess a nerve compression at the elbow posteriorly at the cubital tunnel ("funny bone"), or anteriorly at antecubital fossa (pronator syndrome of median nerve).. All depends whether you bend at the elbow to flex. If persistent, get this evaluated.
