A member asked:

What does it mean if you have thin blood?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Thin blood: This is not a medical term. It is used by people to refer to blood in a patient treated with anticlot drugs so that the blood doesn't clot normally. For instance the drugs warfarin and Heparin which are anticlotting drugs are collogquially called 'blood thinners'.
