Lymph node under chi: Lymph nodes enlarge in reaction to inflammation or irritation in the adjacent area. In the ares you mentioned it could be due to dental, tongue, anterior floor of mouth, lip, skin or salivary gland inflammation/irritation/infection. If the lymph node is getting bigger, painful, the overlying skin is red or you are experiencing other symptoms, please see your doctor or local ENT specialist.
