Not usually: "pinched nerve in neck" is a vague term for cervical nerve root compression. This gives you arm pain, never dizziness. Who diagnosed a "pinched nerve"? Neck pain can be a sign of vertebral artery dissection, which can lead to dizziness and brain stem stroke/come/death. Please make sure you see your family physician for a full workup, may need a vascular study for any history of neck trauma.
