Neck dizziness: Because of nerve pathways between brain and neck that have to do with position sense, abnormal nerve activity in the neck is often associated with dizziness.

Probably: When a nerve is pinched it can cause a variety of symptoms including a burning aching or shooting pain down the arm into the hand . It can also make you feel light headed or dizzy . Medications could also cause these feelings . Please contact your primary provider to evaluate this further if it dosen't resolve soon
