Diagnosed with pinched nerve in neck, last 2 days have had lightheadedness and dizzy. is this normal?

Probably: When a nerve is pinched it can cause a variety of symptoms including a burning aching or shooting pain down the arm into the hand . It can also make you feel light headed or dizzy .
