No: Testicular pain & a hemorrhoid condition would be unrelated. Testicle discomfort could come from injury, inflammation, epididymitis, varicocele (enlarged scrotal veins), scrotal skin infection, hernia, testicle torsion, etc. See your doctor or a urologist for an exam.
