Don't stress: Dental radiographs use a very minimal amount of radiation. In addition, the radiation is of diagnostic strength, not dangerous exposure strength, as in a nuclear accident. I cannot tell how many radiographs you have taken, but the chances of any cellular mutations from diagnostic dental radiographs is virtually zero.

Nothing: The radiation from dental x-rays is so minimal that it is of no concern.
You get more radiation from being in the sun for a day than an 18 film survey. We use a lead apron with a thyroid collar for further protection.
However, only have x-rays taken that are necessary.
