See E N T doctor: It could be nasal polyps --- as soon as possible you should see an ear nose and throat doctor - or should go to emergency room of a hospital --- a good examination and treatment is required.

See an ENT: Prior Cocaine use puts you at risk for a possible septal perforation which is a hole in your nasal septum. Perforations can bleed and cause dry crusting/scabbing. These can be treated with conservative or aggressive therapies but you need to have your septum examined.

Deviated septum: This can only be differentiated by physical examination. Be sure to have your nose evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist.
