Weight loss diet: To be at a healthy weight, activate metabolism by eating protein serving (size of your palm)+complex carbs every 2-3 hrs/day. Sprinkle 3 fruits, 4veggies, at least 3 tsp butter/olive oil and 3 servings milk (greek yogurt). Make sure you take in 80-100 oz pure water/day (8-10 glasses of 8oz water) try putting in fridge with slices of cucumbr & citrus). Exercise 30-45min/day, ok to spilt into blocks.
