I have schizophrenia. paranoid schizophrenia . i have tried all meds, none are working. my psychiatrist cannot help. what to do?

Integration: If you are in need of immediate help, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Tell you psychiatrist that you need more help. There are a variety of different ways you can be helped. Seek out more support. Oftentimes the best treatment for paranoid schizophrenia involves a team who can help you integrate medication, therapy and peer support. Best wishes.

Schizophrenia: If you have had adequate trials of 3 to4 meds at therapeutic dosages and for the right diagnosis you should possibly try clozaril (clozapine).
