Paranoia: by definition means that we can think/feel others are calling us names, thinking poorly of us, etc. Sorry you are dealing w/this. Please continue to see your doctors and consider doing healthy things such as good nutrition, exercise, and sleep. Peace and good health. We are all more than what others think of us, real or not.

Schizophrenia: This has to be very uncomfortable for you. This sounds like a classic symptom for Schizophrenia with paranoia. This can improve with appropriate antipsychotic medication treatment. Take care.
