Cubital Tunnel: Sounds like a cubital syndrome or ulnar neuropathy at the elbow. This effects the nerve that goes under the bone on the underside of the medial bump of the elbow. Also known as funny bone. It becomes sensitive if it is trying to heal. Avoid having your elbow flexed as much as possible especially at night time. Reverse a elbow pad so it is in front and wear at night.
