Intestinal Angina?: If the cause of the symptoms is not apparent it's possible she has a less common cause such as Chronic Mesenteric Ischemia(also called Intestinal Angina). The cause is partial blockage of arteries supplying the small intestine by atherosclerotic plaque. Symptoms are pain and vomiting after eating. She needs to see a Gastroenterologist in order to diagnose her condition. More tests will be needed.
