Yes it should help: IPL typically requires several repeated sessions to be effective. Since hair has a growth cycle, IPL treats the hair that is active at that time, but then the inactive hair becomes active, so you need repeat treatment. This would also be true with laser treatment. The IPL treatments you have received should have reduced the hair you have present, so it will help laser treatment.

Probably: Hello and thank you for your excellent question. A lot of this depends on specifically what type of laser treatment you are seeking. IPL is good for some types of hair removal, and for treating hyperpigmentation. Depending on the laser treatment, the IPL may improve your ultimate result. We often combine IPL with a resurfacing laser, such as a fractional CO2 laser. Good luck!
