Hair removal : I am not aware of any link between hair removal and vitamin d deficiency or skin cancer . Laser hair removal should be performed under medical supervision.

Neither is caused: By laser hair removal treatments, most of which utilize infrared laser wavelengths. This is non-ionizing energy and will not cause skin cancer. Drink milk daily and you will have plenty of vitamin d, especially if you are in the sunlight for 10 or 15 minutes a day also.
