Healthy nutrition: Dear puffin, your height potential is largely determined by genetics (your mother & your father). I do recommend that you get in 8 8 ounce glasses of water per day, eat at least 5 servings of fresh vegetable & 4 of fruit per day. Get in adequate dietary fiber. Eat a balanced meal to include good protein sources & dairy. In otherwords healthy nutrition. Take care.
