Unhappy: Dear horse, it sounds like you are not too happy with yourself right now. A personality disorder is not something that can be diagnosed on line. If you are finding fairly consistently that you are unhappy, consider seeing a psychologist to explore this further. Take care.

Self loathing: This condition may be associated with a borderline personality disorder as well as depression. This is a difficult and complex issue and way beyond the scope of this web site. Seek help immediately . Start with your family doc and im sure they will get you to a goos specialist.

BDD: This sounds like body dysmorphic disorder to me. I've hung around gyms and we see this in bodybuilders -- even strikingly well-developed men hate looking in the mirror because they think they are ugly. This is a weird trick that people's minds play on them ; that can be treated effectively if you're willing to work in talk therapy. Overweight? Few people care; make that thought part of you.
