No: Teeth that are reshaped to accept crowns have too much tooth structure removed & not enough to support bonded fillings that will hold and stand the test of time. Why do you want that? If you are unhappy with your existing crowns, discuss this issue with the dentist who made them. If you feel that you are not happy with the answer or the quality of care, get a second opinion form a prosthodontist.

No: A crown is not a reversible treatment. Why do you want to replace your crown? You cannot have the tooth bonded to restore it now, it would not have enough strength. You can have your crown replaced with another crown if you want to make it look better. Talk to your dentist about this.
