Depends . . .: I can't answer your question w/o knowing what caused the deformity in your left hand. You need to go see your doctor for a diagnosis. I suspect that you have not even done so or else you would have received some treatment options to consider in which case you would be asking which is best to prevent same thing from happening to your right hand. So please go see your doctor & find out what you have.
