My hands get really red, swollen and they feel tingly. and my left side back gets tingly aswell, it doesn't hurt but it's bothering?

Nerve irritation?: It sounds like you may have something called a subluxation of a vertebra. I would suggest that you consult with a D.O. (osteopathic physician) who is well versed with that type of musculoskeletal problem. If it turns out not to be a subluxation he/she will also be able to follow up to find another cause.

Be seen : There are multiple potential causes. A good check up with a medical doctor would probably be a good place to start.
