Panic: Breathing exercises, relaxation thru distraction & meditation, imagery, medications if needed to calm the panic symptoms. Discuss with your doctor refer to my posts on anxiety & stress.

CBT: Behaviorally, cbt, replace automatic negative thoughts with automatic positive thoughts behavior. Recipocral inibition means when you relax, then anxiety cannot exist. Please read aaron beck also, short term meds such as benzo's can help, long term ssri or snri's can help rule out medical or drug induced causes.
