Lump: That lump represents a lymph node that became calcified over time. As long as isnt bothering you, no action is needed. It is a benign condition.

No: A lump there since age 12 will be an acne cyst or tricholemmal cyst. If it becomes painful, grows, or drains you will need to see a physician.
