Mastoid bump: I suspect that this is a reactive lymph node. It is small and not causing any issues. Nothing to do at this time.

Unlikely bad: Something that hasn't changed in 15 years is very unlikely something bad.... But anything on the skin can turn into something. I recommend you show it to your doctor next visit.
