Not known : It is not known whether use in pregnancy can cause cancer in the offspring; however, there is ample evidence that neuropsychiatric outcomes in offspring exposed to methamphetamine in utero are adversely affected.

Methamphetamine: While it wont cause cancer why would you want you take the risk of harming your body as well as your fetus because the the drug's severe side effects?

No, but...: As far as i know methamphetamine isn't a carcinogen, but it us a powerful agent in the brain and it would create a major risk of brain damage to use it during pregnancy. Of course it is also dangerous to adults, a potential cause of sudden death, and by the way illegal. Just don't use it.

No, but: It causes a great deal of other harms, including low birth weight babies, prematurity, miscarriages, placental abruption (hemorrhage from the placenta) which can result in both the baby's and the mother's death, and many other problems. If you use methamphetamine, pregnant or no, you are potentially causing yourself both physical & psychological damage. Get help and quit if you are using.

Probably not.: Methamphetamine while pregnant probably does not cause cancer. But, please, avoid using any drugs or smoking during pregnancy.
