Consult your doctor: You should consult your OB/GYN immediately. Methamphetamine is extremely dangerous for your unborn baby and you need to have both you and your baby evaluated immediately. You can put your baby in extreme peril if you drink alcohol, smoke, or use drugs while you are pregnant. Get help as soon as you can.

Can show up in poo: If they suspect drug use & send the meconium ( the first black tarry stools) meth use during the previous several months will show positive on testing. If you clean up your act & don't show up on a child services watch list, they may see no reason to test.In my state you would loose the baby and go to jail.

Depending on timing: & duration of use, it may be found in your hair sample &/or your newborn's meconium, the 1st stool, It could've impaired fetal growth & brain development, especially if you also used tobacco, with ^ed arousal & poor quality of movement as a newborn, then persistent attention & learning problems. Seek addiction treatment now. Active users can't breastfeed or parent consistently & effectively.
