Varies Widely: "complete" varies widely depending on situation & physician viewpoint/specialty, thus a largely misleading/simplistic term. Appropriate reconditioning powerfully depends on the situation & debility. Just walking, in multiple different ways & adding various arm weights is likely a good basic start. What is/was the reason for little or no moving for several months?

Physical: A complete physical involves your medical, surgical, family, social, medication, & allergy history. Your blood pressure should be checked as well as your heart, lungs, neck (thyroid) , abdomen , reflexes, cranial nerves. Blood tests should be done for blood count, sugar, liver, kidneys, thyroid, cholesterol & vitamin d. Depending on age/history ekg colonoscopy mammogram bone density & immunizatio.
