More information: Need age, diabetes or other medical illness, medication? All of these are a factor in reduced libido[sex drive] more difficult to assess are the psychosocial issues: desire for more children, status of relationship, misinformation of effect of the surgery. Are we talking about interest in sex[libido] vs difficulty achieving an erection[erectile dysfunction].

Psychologically: Hopefully you can talk comfortably about this together. It would be good for your husband to obtain trustworthy information from the surgeon who did the work - it should be reassuring. Also, you might find a sex therapist to help you both recover the levels of enjoyment you had before the surgery. There should not have been anything done to cause this after full healing. Best wishes to you both!
