How if i get the surgery done to unblock my tubes what are my chances are for me getting pregnant after?

Depends on why: the tubes are blocked. If your tubes are not damaged but simply 'clogged' (yes this happens) your chances may be excellent after surgery. If your tubes are blocked due to fibrosis and inflammation (PID for example) outcome may be much less good.
