Sick with fever: Sick with fever and cracked lips sounds significant but it depends on how long you have been sick with fever. Have you seen the doctor? Are you sexually active? If so, are you practicing safe sex? Is your partner monogamous? Are you following a specific diet that restricts any vitamins or nutrients? Maybe it is a vitamin deficiency or iron issues. Seek your doctors help.

Fever: How long has this been going on. If it is only a day or 2, it should subside on its oown if it is longer you need to see your doctor. The cracks on your lips are probably from mouth breathing apply some vaseline to heal them.

Maybe cold sores: These may be cold sores - part of your illness & fever. If you can see a doctor or get to a clinic, do. It might help speed up your recovery and prevent complications. In the meantime rest, drink lots of fluids, keep the sores clean & moist with blistex. Best wishes - try to be seen!
