See your doctor: You may be having bleeding from your GI tract. A test of your stool can confirm bleeding and if so you may require a GI evaluation and endoscopy.

See ur GI doc : If your not on iron your stools shouldnt be black. You are predisposed to bleeding with the cirrosis anyway and a change in apetite or bowels should be reported back to you gastro guy asap.
