Healthy snacks: Have healthy snacks easily available. Cut up fresh fruit and veggies so it will be easy to grab those rather than chips or cookies. Have low fat crackers, yogurt, cheese, and other healthy items available when your teen is "starving". Avoid eating when not actually hungry- if bored, stressed, etc, find something else to do rather than just eat.
