No. Veggies, fruits, lean protein, whole grains & good oils (olive) are the rock stars of health. Especially veggies. Maybe the 80/20 rule will help. To start your transition to a totally awesome fuel source diet, start with 80% perfect, 20% 'comfort' foods. Then you'll decide.
