Tell your doctor: You should tell the truth to your doctor. If you feel that you are being judged, find another doctor. A physician's office should be a safe place for you to be able to tell the truth. Your story is private, confidential & protected by law. For me, confidentiality for patients is paramount and necessary for effective partnership for patients to make informed decisions about their care.
