Can a doctor tell if you're a girl and sexually active?

Sexual Identity: During a physical examination, your doctor should be able to identify if male or female body parts. In rare circumstances, you may have anatomic parts from one gender but have the chromosomes of the other. Still, this doesn't address sexual activity or identity. In some women, sexual activity causes tearing of the hymen. Still not all women who have never had sex will have an intact hymen.

Maybe: I would hope the doc could tell you are a girl.If they find evidence of a sexually transmitted disease then it will be obvious you got if from someone. Short of that, it is not particularly evident. Even young girls with an intact hymen can engage in many forms of sexual activity without leaving clues. To be blunt, there is no mileage indicator on the parts.
