What do i do about cut gum on inside lining of my front teeth and it is hanging there loosely?

See Ur Dentist: The gum tissue will heal fairly quickly on its own. However, to ensure no damage to the teeth is present, you should see your dentist to have him/her evaluate you more fully. If the cut is minor, oftentimes a special mouth 'glue stitch' can resolve the problem immediately. If it is a more serious injury to the gum tissue, you may require a stitch or two. Keep smiling.

GO to dentist: Have you dentist check it out. Most often times if its small we either do nothing or remove the 'hanging' piece so it does not drive you crazy! topical relief can be achieved using orabase or any other topical pain reliever found in the oral health section at your local pharmacy.
