Evaluation: Have it evaluated. It just may need to be recemented. Does not necessarily mean you need a new crown.

What not to do:: Don't do nothing! for two important reasons: first, the longer you wait, the more chance of that tooth moving which may make it impossible to recement or repair the crown back in place. Secondly, it may decay which would result in more costs and\or loss of tooth. If everything is ok with tooth, the crown might be able to be recemented, and only if necessary remade at a later date.
