Diet and exercise: Truly count calories, everything you put in your mouth, and cut that back to healthy normal amounts. Some advocate cutting out white bread and limiting carbs, and remember that alcohol has calories. Healthy amounts of exercise. You cannot otherwise target belly fat (without surgery). And, fyi, the average tummy tuck I do removes about 2-2.5 lbs of skin and fat. I doubt you have that at 6', 165#.
