Bloated: If you are bloated, it is likely water weight and/or intestinal gas, not fat. If it's water weight, it is possible to lose that fairly rapidly. However, in generally, trying to lose weight very rapidly is not only unhealthy, but is usually followed by regaining that weight back plus more. Just eat healthy and exercise. Weight loss will occur gradually but you have a better chance at keeping it off.
