Every morning i wake up at about the same time with the same nauseous feeling and then i end up dry heaving, sometimes throwing up. what could this be?

If Female, preg test: If you are female & experiencing unexplained nausea, the 1st thing to do is check a pregnancy test. If that is negative ( or doesn't apply to you) there are a lot possibilities, including peptic ulcers, & you will need to see your dr for an evaluation.
