Evaluation: Your symptoms seem quite severe. I recommend scheduling a visit to discuss this. Anxiety and depression should be considered as possibilities. An evluation for stomach ulcers and digestive problems as well. Birth control would prevent pregnancy and regulate pms and any possible hormonal imbalance.
