Practice : Is the best solution. Think of the contact lens as a little suction cup. These only work of the entire edge touches the eye at the same time. So make sure the contact lens sits high on your finger. Approach the eye so that it is parallel to the cornea and do not look away or shut your eye at the last second. Hold your eyelids firmly so that it is impossible to close your eye.
