Inserting Contacts: 1. Have a good optometrist help you that specializes in contact lens fitting. I had 3 different types of contacts that never fit right. When I found an experienced optometrist he found the correct lens for my eyes. It takes time and experimentation. 2. Get contacts with blue color in them so you can see them in the case. Good Luck
