How do you make sure hands are clean when putting in contacts?

Wash and rinse: Wash the hands thoroughly with soap and warm water. Rinse very well. Don't dry the hands with paper or cloth towels...To avoid getting particles on the lenses. Rinse the lenses with contact lens solution before inserting.
