Tips for putting on new gas permeable contacts?

Practice: It takes time for you & your eyes to become familiar with contact lenses. The key is to use a technique that works for you. Start by balancing the lens on your right index finger, moisten with several drops of your rewetting solution. Then use your left index finger to pull up and open your upper eyelid as you also try to keep your eye open, insert the lens gently using the right index finger.
