i feel really dizzy and im shaking. what could be wrong?

Dizziness: There are many causes of dizziness. With the shaking, it could be viral, but without other symptoms, i couldn't be more helpful than that. I would consider going to your doctor or an urgent care center if it persists. Feel better!
