Low back pain: Difficult to diagnose where 'always' pain comes from. Finding a good doctor is important if pain lasts for more than three months. Please see one of the orthopedic spine docs at thomas jefferson, rothman institute. Pain next to the spine comes usually from muscle spasm, and muscle relaxers with walking and stretching exercises can help tremendously. U need a diagnosis first, though! good luck!

Back pain: The back pain can be caused by muscle strain, spinal stenosis, ruptured disc, nerve impingement ... One sided back pain might also be caused by kidney issues. Without additional information, it's hard to identify the cause of your pain. Please seek help from a pcp, pain management physician, neurologist or physiatrist, you might benefit from a comprehensive evaluation and treatment.
