What are possible reasons for partial loss of sensation( numbness) in all fingertips (both hands)?

Numbness: The most common reason would be some kind of neuropathy (problem with nerves). Diabetes is a common associated problem with it and causes a "glove and stocking" area neuropathy. If you have not had a check make sure you get your blood glucose checked.
