Nerve or vascular: Pressure on a nerve (neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist) can cause this. Brain issue, e.G stroke, tumor, could, but less likely in your age group, if you are otherwise healthy. Vascular issue a possibilty. Brain issue, like multiple sclerosis possible but unlikely in absence of other symptoms (especially visual). Call your doc, get examined.
