No: If you did not pass out - then it was not a concussion.

Probably not: A concussion involves either loss of awareness or possibly altered mentation, so potentially things like confusion even in absence of loss of consciousness can still be a concussion. Without any symptoms, however, it probably wasnt a concussion.
