Seek medical attenti: Any headache after head trauma needs to evaluated by a physician immediately, regardless of fever or not.

Tricky...: I am not aware of fever as a classic symptom of concussion... Headache however is a major known symptom. If you had headache only, i would say that you probably did suffer a concussion, but the concomitant fever could mean that you have another illness. Go see your doctor.
